Theresa thrives on the thrill of travel and the excitement of visiting new destinations and experiencing the local culture whether she is in Anchorage or Zihuantanejo. She can make herself at home in a tent or luxury accommodations. Cruising has a special place in her heart, but she is no stranger to other types of travel including hiking and cycling. She has hiked and cycled in several countries and includes hiking the Inca Trail and cycling across the North American continent as some of her most memorable trips.

Professionally she has contributed to both magazine and newspapers including Continental, AAA, Budget Travel, Atmospheres, the Albany Times Union, Modern Agent, 008 and more. She has written or contributed to several books including The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Garage Solutions; Bed Breakfast and Bike Midwest, NASCAR Mobil Guide, Moon Handbook Hudson Valley, Fun With the Family New York, Portland to Portland and others.

She has parlayed her destination and cruise knowledge into a travel consulting business.
